I'm a regular shopper here and in broadway mall overall. This store has the worst customer service. Some days they're good but I've had more bad than good. My recent visit there I came to exchange 2 shoes and return a dress. Nobody is ever really near the shoe area so I was waiting quite a while for someone to get me shoes. Got my shoes and they didn't fit. Was looking for someone so I could get a bigger size but the greeter was at the front of the store and the other 3-4 associates were talking and laughing behind the registers. They made eye contact and still didn't come to help. I just kindly returned my stuff and left the store. I felt as a customer I wasn't respected and something has to be done about their horrible customer service.
