I eat here regularly and the gentleman Nitin who works there always gives me great customer service! I get the combo over salad and is always a perfect balance.
First time having it and I’m a fan now. The servings are hearty and the price good. The guy behind the counter was super nice and accommodating.
Horrible experience. Took them a very long time to make the food. Waited about 35 minutes for a mix platter? Lol that doesn't sound right. When the food finally came it was cold. And The order wasn't correct. When i went up to the counter to tell them it was missing stuff one guy from the back said "it's fine he can wait" while the other guy at the register said okay we will bring it over to you.. waited 15-20 minutes for nothing to happen. Decided to leave. Rather go down the block to one of the carts, better food faster service.
I love this place.. ‘food is awesome That’s why I visit ‘Shah Halal Food’ the best thing is they do catering I.e, u guys get yummy juicy food direct to your door.. and yes.. we cannot forget their service .. I give 10 on 10.
Used to come every day during the evening. I love the variety of food over the carts. Everything they make is great, the fried foods take a while but they are fresh and worth it. They have an even better chicken/lamb over salad than the cart because they always have fresh salad no matter what time you come. Yes the workers have gotten my orders wrong, maybe 1/4 of the many times I come they do. But it's understandable with how busy they are, whenever I come they have a line going out the door, whenever they aren't busy the whole store is always clean and I never have a problem with my order. When they do get it wrong and I have to bring it back they never give me any issues and remake the order right away. Definitely going to start going again when I'm closer to the store because of the nice workers, great food, and even better prices.
