The charge for labor was not made clear when I requested a home service call. Also the charge for service was not made clear. That I paid $105 for a home service call AND $100 for labor IN ADDITION TO the $25/lockset I wanted changed ... seemed excessive to me and was def unclear. I feel these charges should all be made clearer ... I was led to believe it price was $25 per lockset changed with a minimum $105.
Not happy.
The people who work here do not try to find solutions, but take pleasure in making simple things difficult. They love to say, "No, can't be done." Of course, it can be done because each time they finally did what I was asking for. I found a new locksmith.
Just left Long Island locksmith. The guys there were great. They were quick thorough and very reasonably priced.
4 locks = 105
5 locks = 125
I love this place, & the people. The best locksmith, in the state of New York.
How many times do you need to call to get a quote. 5 calls always a promise it will get done. Three months and still waiting. Problem is landlord likes them.
6 locks = 150
3 locks = 105
2 locks = 105
1 lock = 105
It cost me 3x what I thought.
