I was a first time customer, brought my wife's jeep xj in with a vibration in the front end and alignment. He took the jeep and fixed the vibration for now and told me what was wrong with it, he couldn't do the alignment because of these problems, didn't charge me for anything, and told me to come back when we were ready, it was not a small fix....
